I have also drafted delay and financial claims for submission before the Kuwait Court Expert Committee. I have managed up to 11 numbers of quantity surveyors at one project. Being a qualified and registered advocate, I can deal with all legal and arbitration matters regarding civil engineering contracts, including drafting of plaint, written statement, affidavit, counter affidavit, cross examination of witnesses, arguments etc. I consider myself expert in research work regarding financial claims, extension of time claims, report writing, drafting reply of letters, drafting minutes of meetings etc. I also consider myself on an advance level in Specification Writing, preparing Tender Documents, invitation of tenders, preparing comparative statement of tenders for recommendation purposes. I also consider myself expert in research of items payable under the terms of contract, which were not claimed in the monthly payment requests, specifically reinforcement bars, which were not included in the Bar Bending Schedule, hence not claimed.
